  • fatty liver disease

  • kidney disease

The BMI is one way to tell whether you are at a normal weight, are overweight, or have obesity. It measures your weight in relation to your height and provides a score to help place you in a category.

Avoid Junk Food

Junk foods are full of calories, fat and excess sodium and having it even once can be bad for your health.
Fried foods are notoriously bad for your health.

Avoid Smoking

Smoking tobacco causes lung disease, heart disease and stroke.


Tobacco kills not only the direct smokers but even non-smokers through second-hand exposure.

Avoid Alcohol

According to the Global status report on alcohol and health 2018, conducted by the World Health Organisation (WHO), European Region, there is no safe level for drinking alcohol.

The study provided findings that consuming alcohol can lead to health problems such as mental and behavioural disorders, including alcohol dependence, major Noncommunicable diseases, such as liver cirrhosis, some cancers and heart diseases, as well as injuries resulting from violence and road clashes and collisions.

Avoid Excessive Sun Exposure

The Sun is extremely beneficial to our health and well-being as it provides us with vital Vitamin D and generally makes people feel happier. So it doesn't benefit to completely avoid the Sun.

However what is needed is to avoidance of excessive prolonged exposure to the Sun. This increases your risk of melanoma and skin cancer. Excessive exposure to ultraviolet (UV) can also increase the risk of a number of eye diseases, including cataracts.

Avoid Laying Down After Eating

After eating a hearty meal it may seem like a good idea to lay down to rest.

However laying down in the sleeping position after eating causes numerous digestive related problems for your health.
